OpenMetaverseTypes:Matrix4.cs:GetEulerAngles() adjusts with 360 degree but values are in Radians

Description

The function GetEulerAngles() in OpenMetaverseTypes\Matrix4.cs has towards the end some correction to only return positive angles. For this it adds 360 to the negative value but the angles corrected in such a way are really in radians.

So the correction should be instead "+ 2 * Math.PI".
